Staying Consistent With Exercise and How to Apply It to Your Life

The question I have for most of you is, are you consistent? In what you may ask? Exercise of course! If you are consistent this far you are doing great! Most of us go through life with obstacles in the way that steer us from where we want to be, or where we want to go. We have all challenges that test us daily, to see if we could do the things we want to do and go where we want to go. What does that really mean? We all have dreams, goals, and things we all want to come to for wishing. The question is, are you there? Do you have all the things you hope you ever wanted? Like having a great body? Are you successful? Did you do the things you want to do? Are you happy with your family? Are you happy with your life? Did you lose the fat weight? Are you at the size of clothes you wanted? Did you ever go to the dream vacation you have always wanted and like the way you look with your shirt off? The reason why I ask all these questions is because; this is what we think and more. These are just a few words that go through our head and try to get in your way, if you let it! We all have to start with what goes on in our minds and figure out is this it? Is that all there is? The big problem is we get bored to easily. Can you endure long enough to get to where you want to go and where you want to be? And have the things you want to have in life? It all starts by a single step like exercising right.

The first step is picking a topic that is important to you! I pick exercise because that is what I am great at and what I know. That is one of my strengths.
