24 Hour Policy

Pure Results has a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling.   If not given 24 hour notice of cancelling your appointment, your sessions will be charged as used session. We value your time as well as ours so please be courteous and give Pure Results enough notice, so we can make the changes or adjustments to help everyone. 

30 Day Notice of Cancellation Policy

Pure Results has a 30 Day Notice of Cancellation or Termination of Services in writing, if you are enrolled through a membership program or monthly auto draft.  If not given 30 Day Notice of Cancellation, your account will be charged the following month, no exceptions. We make it easy and with no hassle to cancel for everyone, so please be courteous and give Pure Results enough notice of 30 days or more to cancel, so it will be an easy transaction for everyone.

Return Policy

Pure Results will issue a refund within 24 hours of purchase only. After 24 hours there is no refunds and non- transferrable.
